Fiji Airways begins flights to Adelaide with B737-800 DQ-FJG (1st visit)

Fiji Airways became the 8th International airline to fly to Adelaide with the introduction of twice weekly flights between Nadi and Adelaide.

B737-800 DQ-FJN had the honours of operating the inaugural 'FJ961' arriving from Nadi at 20.05hrs. The aircraft departed back to Nadi at 22.10hrs as 'FJ960'.

Joist was the 1st visit of a Fiji airways aircraft to Adelaide.

Daimler Chrysler Gulfstream 65- D-AWWW (1st Visit)

Daimler Chrysler owned Gulfstream 650 D-AWWW arrived from Melbourne at 11.45hrs 'DCS103'. The aircraft departed direct to Bangkok-Don Mueng Airport at 18.20hrs using the same flight number.

This was D-AWWW's 1st visit to Adelaide. It is only the 6th different Gulfstream 650 to ever visit Adelaide,

China Southern A330-300 B-5965 (1st Visit)

China Southern A330-300 B-5965 arrived from Guagzhou as 'CZ663' at 10.45hrs. The aircraft returned to Guangzhou as 'CZ664' departing at 12.05hrs.

This was the aircraft's 1st visit to Adelaide. It is the 5th different China Southern A330-300 to visit Adelaide since they uograded services at the start of June 2017.

Emirates B777-300ER A6-EPZ (1st Visit)

Emirates B777-300ER A6-EPZ arrived from Dubai at 20.10hrs as 'EK440'. The aircraft departed back home to Dubai as 'EK441' at 21.55hrs.

This was EPZ's 1st visit to Adelaide. It is was also the 4th B777 in the EP block to visit Adelaide.

Zetta Jet Global 5000 arrived at 10.50hrs from Melbourne. The aircraft spent a couple of days in Adelaide before departing to Brisbane at 10.30hrs.

This was the aircraft's 1st visit to Adelaide. It was only the 2nd Zetta Jet owned aircraft to visit Adelaide,

Zyb Lily Jet Global Express B-8196 arrvied direct from Shenzhen at 19.20hrs. After spending a couple of days in Adelaide the aircraft departed back to Shenzhen on 19/6/17 at 13.55hrs.

This was the aircraft's 1st visit to Adelaide.

Jet Asia Global Express N889JA (1st visit)

Jet Asia Global Express N889JA arrived from Woolongong at 08.30hrs. After dropping its passengers off, the aircraft departed to Sydney at 09.20hrs.

The aircraft returned to Adelaide again on 19/6/17 arriving from Sydney at 11.55hrs, the departed to Woolongong at 13.20hrs.

Thiwas the aircraft's 1st visit to Adelaide. Although pretty common viisotr to Australia, in recent weeks the aircraft has seemed to become a resident basing itself out of Woolongong, NSW.

Saudi Arabian Airlines B777-300ER HZ-AK30 (1st Visit)

Saudi Arabian Airlines B777-300ER HZ-AK30 arrived direct from Jeddah at 11.15hrs as 'Saudia 7432'. After night stopping and rest in Adelaide the aircraft departed the following morning direct to Riyadh at 08.30hrs as using the same flight number.

The aircraft was in Adelaide as a charter to drop off the country's national Soccer team for their World Cup Qualifying match against Australia.

This was the 1st visit of this aircraft to Adelaide. It was also the 2nd Saudi Arabian Airlines aircraft to visit the country in a week.

China Southern A330-300 B-8426 arrived from Guangzhou at 09.00hrs operating 'CZ663'. The aircraft returned to Guangzhou departing at 10.40hrs operating 'CZ664'.

This was the aircraft's 1st visit to Adelaide. It was also the 1st scheduled China Southern A330-300 service to Adelaide. Adelaide has previously seen China Southern A330-300's both as charters and diversions only.

Saudi Arabian Airlines B777-300ER HZ-AK28 arrived direct from Riyadh at 17.10hrs as 'Saudia 7431'. After a couple of delays and crew rest, the aircraft departed Adelaide on 3/6/17 direct to Jeddah at 09.50hrs as using the same flight number.

The aircraft was in Adelaide as a charter to drop off the country's national Soccer team for their World Cup Qualifying match against Australia.

This was the 1st visit of this aircraft to Adelaide. It was also the 1st Saudi Arabian Airlines to visit Adelaide, as well as the 1st Saudi Arabian Airlines B777-300ER to visit Australia.
